It's 3 more weeks to the race, I have noticed that you are not doing long runs like 28km, 30km, 32km or even 34km. You should be doing these distances in the last few weeks.
Although your weekly mileage is quite reasonable, but you are short the extra long runs.
Last two weeks are for you to taper down, try not to run too long for your long runs.

I have a high arch and am a supinator. Left foot supinates alot more.

ReplyDeleteI am doing it the unconventional way as I have a history of over-training before any race. So I will not be doing any long runs during this period.
I have done many 28 - 32km's weekly prior to beginning my 12 weeks' schedule, I believe I will be fine.
